Semiconductor Lab Fixture
A clean, stackable fixture system for organising and housing test PCBs in semiconductor lab environments. Purpose-built. Fully customisable.
Overview
The PCB Board Stacker is a modular acrylic fixture designed for semiconductor research and testing labs. When multiple development projects run concurrently, test boards need to be safely stored, clearly separated, and instantly accessible — without stacking directly on each other.
Each unit holds boards on individual plexi shelves separated by precision standoffs. Units stack vertically on top of one another, expanding your storage as your project load grows. Clear acrylic keeps boards visible at all times without removing them from the fixture.
Product Detail
Each stacker unit consists of two clear acrylic shelves connected by four precision standoffs with M4 bolts. Locating bushes on the bottom sheet of each unit help position the next stacker precisely and securely — stacking is quick, repeatable, and self-aligning.
Shelves can be optionally pre-drilled to your PCB's mounting pattern. Holes are laser-cut to precision — not hand-drilled — ensuring exact fitment to your board's fastener locations every time.
Range
Standard
Simple Plexi Stacker
Clear acrylic shelves on M4 standoffs. Stackable units with locating bushes. Ideal for standard lab PCBs where direct top-down access is sufficient.
Compact Boards
Sliding Plexi Stacker
Plexi shelf slides out on a built-in track. Access any board without disturbing the stack above. Suited to smaller, lighter PCBs.
Heavy Boards
Sliding Metal Stacker
Aluminium extrusion frame with plexi sliding trays. Built for large, heavy development boards where structural rigidity and smooth slide action are essential.
Customisation
Engineering
Before we cut a single sheet of acrylic, we produce a fully dimensioned CAD drawing. Every order starts with engineering, not estimation.
